Seminar on Anti-Violence
A seminar on Anti-violence was held in ‘The Tagore Hall’ on 27th December-07. The seminar was inaugurated by the state home-minister. It was attended by all the leading citizens and other dignitaries.
The
First session of 10:00 AM to 1: P.M. was well attended. The state home minister
in his inaugural speech stressed the need for creative consciousness of
Anti-violence. He also that seminars and exhibitions can help to control the
violence.
After
the inaugural Programme, there was a panel discussion in which three leading
speakers namely ‘Dr. S.N. Hingu, Dr. J.N. Pandya and Dr. Shah took part. All
the three speaker touched different aspects. The speakers brought light to the
serious implication of violence. They analyzed the consequences of violence.
They also talked about implication of violence in Industries, university and in
politics.
The
discussions were followed by questionnaire from the audience. The speaker gave
satisfactory answers to them. The seminar ended sharp at 6. 00. P.M.
