A proposal to set up a cultural center in University Campus.
Respected Sir
Cultural
activities are good for students s we know they bring out inner ability of
student. As youth; Bhavnagar University has always been a front runner in
cultural activities of any kind. Our students have achieved great glory for the
university. But what we lack really is a cultural center in our Campus. I
personally think that such center will boost up the student’s interest in the
cultural the students.
In the cultural centre, the students
can perform various events like Drama, once play, folk and folk-dance and other
activities. We can organize different cultural events in the cultural center an
different festival and different days.
We have required of small hall or a
small auditor to start a cultural centre. In my opinion, we should use the
space from the left side of the science college to build the cultural centre.
For that space is much comfortable because there is water room and toilet as
and there is much open space near it. So we can use it for future plan also.
Another important thing which I would
like to draw your special attention that there will have need of some other
rooms in the cultured centre. One room for ladies, one for boys, another for
dressing and one for the equipment that we needed
A number of chairs will also be
required to fill the centre capacity and for the audience. We also need to
install air- conditioner for cooling and sound system and lighting faculties.
The total estimate of the project including interior is 15 Lakh rupees. The
question and estimate joined together. so kindly section the grand.
I hope that you will take our proposal
of setting up a cultural center into consideration and grant the same.
